Return and exchange service
At Samie, you always have 30 days of full right of cancellation from the date you receive your package. We do not take back used goods.
Please note that no guarantee is given for sequins, pearls, stones etc
The unwanted goods are sent back together with a copy of the order or invoice as well as a completed return slip and will be credited.
You are then asked to place a new order in our webshop www.samiecph.com on the item you wish to exchange for.
The 2 purchases therefore take place independently of each other.
You cover the cost of returning yourself. We recommend that you get a tracking number for your return parcel to make sure the parcel does not get lost.
We recommend that you send with GLS and get a Track & Trace no.

Once your return has been received, customer service will process it as soon as possible. If your return shipment meets the conditions* for return (see return slip attached to your shipment), we will return the money to your payment card as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt.
If you have paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the credit card used.
Delivery of products from Samie is considered to have taken place when you as a customer have received the item.
Your goods must be sent back in the original box or other proper packaging, so that they are not damaged during the return shipment, and be in the same condition as on receipt.
Attach a copy of the invoice.
**Norway return :
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order no. and which goods are wanted back. Include the Track N Trace number for your package.
The customer pays for shipping himself, remember the Track N Trace number and the package must be sent to:

The money for the goods will be refunded upon receipt at UTRO.
