We endeavor to send your order the same day you order if we receive your order before 12 - otherwise we will send as soon as possible and in any case within 1-3 working days.
On special occasions such as online outlet andreturn Black Friday, longer delivery times of up to 5 working days may occur.
If you place a pre-order on an item, the amount will be deducted from your account at the same time as the reservation. The item will be sent to you as soon as possible when it is in stock
If your order is urgent, you are welcome to call our customer service on tel: +4548261650 to ensure that it is sent the same day. In Denmark, we send free of charge with GLS to a parcel shop or a business address.
If you want delivery to your private address, you must pay for the delivery yourself.
GLS Parcelshop or company delivery :
FREE shipping on purchases over EUR 40.
Purchases under EUR 40 cost EUR 4.
GLS Home delivery costs EUR 7.
If you do not pick up your parcel at the parcel shop
A parcel that is not picked up in the parcel shop within the time limit costs Samie DKK 35 in fees for the return shipment.
Therefore, we regard such a return shipment as a regret for the purchase, which is why we deduct a fee of DKK 35 for the return shipping from the parcel shop in question.
BUT, most often packages are sent back because the buyer has not written his phone number. or e-mail address correctly, and therefore have not received a notification from GLS - so remember to check your information when you make an order :)
