In Denmark, shipping is free with GLS package shop for purchases over EUR 40.
If the purchase is under EUR 40, shipping costs EUR 4.
We can also send your order home to your private address, but in that case you must pay postage. A private shipment with GLS costs EUR 7. If you are not at home when GLS arrives, you will have to collect your order from your nearest GLS Parcel Shop.

You can pay with Dankort, Visa card, Eurocard, American Express, Visaelectron.
We also accept payment with Mobilepay.
Samie will send your order within 1 - 3 working days* after you have placed the order in our webshop.
But we do everything we can to ship the same day if you order before 12 :)
We ship with GLS or Postnord. We have no influence on your delivery times when you receive the shipment.

You must send the defective item back to us. Fill in the enclosed return slip and send the defective item back in the original box securely wrapped. Upon receipt of the item, we will assess the defect and exchange it for another similar item, if it is still in stock.
Please note that no guarantee is given for sequins, pearls, stones etc

Of course you can.
You can cancel your purchase up to 30 days from receipt. This means that you can send your order back if you have not used it. The order must be sent back in the original box and sent securely wrapped.
When purchasing on sistie.dk, your personal information will only be used to complete your order.
We do not pass on your information to other outsiders.

Your steel jewelery can withstand water, sweat and perfume. You can therefore keep them on when you take a shower, salt water and chlorine water, without having to worry about them losing their color for the next 2 years.
Steel jewelry can't stand it:
Delicate & hard surfaces, such as when you rub the surface of your hand along hard surfaces that give clear scratches. Sand and stones between the fingers. The above
and the like, will cause scratches and thus wear off the coating - this is not called a complaint, but normal wear and tear.
