Sofie x Sistie
Sofie is 20 years old and diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome. Asperger's is a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders. Due to her diagnosis, Sofie has had difficulty making a normal everyday life work, and has been characterized by anxiety and isolation.
For 10 months, Sofie has been an intern at Sistie. It was really hard for me to start because I was very hampered by anxiety at the time. The internship period and the design process have given me confidence and faith in myself, so much so that today I have been able to start school again and complete my 10th grade.
A dream come true
I have a dream of becoming a jeweler. Creativity is my hobby, so who knows what the future will bring. Being allowed to make a collection with Sistie was a dream come true. I wanted to design jewelry with blue and green colors, because they are my favorite colors. The collection includes earrings, necklace and bracelet.
